15 Dec 10 | FRIDAY December 10 saw over 60 swimmers competing in the first of the club’s two sprint nights. Most swimmers swam their four races, the maximum distance being 33m.
15 Dec 10 | THE cream of Crookwell’s under 20’s cricketers made their way to Bega to start their Jeffrey Cup campaign on Sunday. Captain Grant Smith maintained his perfect record in winning the toss and naturally chose to bat. It was not the start we were looking for with Toby Wilson very unlucky playing on in the first over.

09 Dec 10 | The Upper Lachlan Shire Council has announced the following closures top local roads. The Goulburn – Crookwell Road is NOW CLOSED at Sooley Creek. All main roads in and out of Crookwell are closed. Most causeways are impassable and dangerous to cross. Many local roads have water across road and drivers are advised to proceed with extreme caution.
08 Dec 10 | THE weather was probably the winner last Saturday as 18 hardy golfers ventured out to play a shortened nine holes competition on the very wet course. On what was supposed to be the Pre-School Golf day the wet weather really did put a dampener on events.
