THE AP&H Society’s Flock Ewe Competition will again be known as the “ANZ Flock Ewe Competition” as a result of the continued sponsorship by ANZ Agribusiness.
Agribusiness Manager, Mr Craig Croker, commented “we are pleasured to once again support the Crookwell AP&H Society through sponsorship of the ANZ Flock Ewe Competition”.
The ANZ Flock Ewe Competition, Crookwell commenced in 2009. 2012 will be the fourth year of the competition.
Flocks will be judged on 24 January (8 flocks in Binda, Bigga and Wheeo areas), and 24 January (11 flocks in Laggan, Limerick, Fullerton and Grabben Gullen areas).
The two-day circuit will take in a 500 km round trip, and bus will be leaving the Top Pub at 7.30 am on day one.
There will be 19 flocks involved in the 2012 competition, which this year will take in a “Short Wool” class.
A total of 27 separate flocks have competed since the inaugural year of 2009.
