Bash at Bigga

THE Variety Bash will be coming to Bigga on Sunday August 22.

Stuart Telfer and Ken Dollery visited Bigga Public School recently to finalise the details of the run from

Sydney’s Paddy’s Markets to Bigga and then on to Temora for the Sunday, finishing at Byron Bay on

Monday August 30.

Bigga Public School will be catering for the Variety Bash, which consists of 87 cars and over 350 people.

Mel Hughes, “Veteran Variety Basher”, has taken on the challenge of catering officer for this event, along with Bigga Public School P&C.

If you can assist on this day or help give the Variety Bash crew a taste of country cooking (donations of cakes/slices) please contact the school on 4835 2236, your help will be greatly appreciated.

The Variety Bash generously donated $5,000 to Bigga Public School. This has been used to purchase

educational resources for the students.

The Variety Bash are renowned for their generosity in supporting children with special needs and have

inspired others to help children in need world wide.
