HOT and windy weather welcomed golfers last weekend for the Crookwell Auto's sponsored single stableford competition. KD O'Brien was the best preformed in "A" grade with 38 points but only after a countback from Andy Nolan who has been in good form since making a return to the fairways. Also in good form in recent weeks was Rick Donovan who won "B" grade with 40 points and also took out the guzzlers mug for the best score of the day. There was a considerable gap to the runner up in "B" grade with veteran Les McIntosh on 33 points. It was a good day for the left handers as three out of four were lefties, a pity the annual lefties versus righties was not on. The nearest the pin winners were Andy Nolan at the 4/13th and Dave Riggelsford on the 7/16th.
