The outgoing committee was thanked and a new committee was elected.
“We have got the right people in the right places,” said newly elected President, Rowan Medway.
“Everyone will be doing a bit, but not a lot.”
By all reports it was a first-rate AGM with over 50 present and all positions were hotly contested.
Elected positions as follows:
President – Rowan Medway
Secretary – Kristy Page
Treasurer – Katie Price
Match Day Coordinator – Sam Price
Social Committee Coordinator – Nicky Bensley
Player Representative – Scott Kensit
Club Captain – Gearin Price
Old Boys Committee – Andrew ‘Duck’ Shepherd, Charlie Prell, Floyd Davies, and Michael ‘Stumpy’ Kensit.
“There was a great feeling in the room,” said Rowan.
“We are looking forward to a big year both on and off the field.
“We will be having at least two big social occasions including a phantom mid-season race meeting and the presentation ball at the end of the season.
“These dates will be notified as soon as possible, but obviously we have to wait until the draw is released.”
On the field it is also set to be a big year.
“We have several new players in the wings,” said Rowan.
“James O’Conner still hasn’t found a home and rumour has it all Frost boys will be returning to the field in 2014.
”It all looks very promising.”
