Consisting of: 1: Steven Cummins, 2: Jake Plumb, 3: Matt Spratley, 4: Hamish Gibbs, 5: Jack Panne, 6: Izack Gibbs, 7: Jodan Unterheinner, 8: James Anderson, 9: Andy Leonard, 10: Nathan Storrier, 11: Josh King, 12: Jack Dawson, 13: Braiden McIntosh, 14: Corey Greenwood, 15: Luke Burton, 16: Steve Anable, Coach: Chris Chudleigh, Manager: Phil Anderson.
These young men take on Gungahlin Bulls Black on Sunday August 31 at 10:40am at Queanbeyan's Seiffert Oval. The 18's are flying the flag for the Senior Green Devils in the 2014 finals series and the Committee would like to express how proud they are of their efforts. Good luck men. The Crookwell Green Devils would also like to thank their sponsors, without them this would not be possible.
The under 9 take the trophy
This U9s Green Devils side might have cute little faces, but, don’t you be fooled!
These boys are a lean mean grand final winning team.
August 16 was the round robin and presentation day for the U8s and U7s and grand final day for the U9s. For those of you who don’t know, our youngest three teams play in Goulburn each Saturday and are a force to be reckoned with.
The U9s proved that, winning their grand final 18 - 6. We are very proud of you. Well done Devils!
Under 16s
THIS year the Under 16’s stepped up and played in first division. It was a strong competition but they were up for the challenge and ended up fourth overall.
They played the minor semi on the weekend and had a very close game against the Queanbeyan Roos losing by 12 points to 8. It was two tries each, but our conversions were unsuccessful.
Thank you to all of the Goulburn and Taralga boys who came out to play with us this year.
We would not have had a side if it hadn’t have been for them.
Thank you also to Jeff Burton and Leigh Plumb for giving up their time to train us and get us on the field each week, and to the mums who washed our jumpers each week, thank you!
Under 15s
THE Under 15’s take on the Belconnen Sharks this Sunday afternoon at 4.40pm in the major semi-final. Good luck!
