FRIDAY night saw the last game for the Under 12's in Goulburn against the Braidwood Redbacks. The Pups came out firing with two or three very quick, very impressive tries, which had the Redbacks reeling on the backfoot, and the crowd were left in awe. Eventually the Redbacks started to fight back and began to dominate out wide. They levelled the scores and then unfortunately stormed ahead and the Pups couldn't quite keep up the hectic pace. Despite the loss, the Pups held their heads up high and still had a great game. Try scorers this week were Jack Page (2), Sam Abbey and Lachie Evans. The whole team played their hearts out this week, and should be proud of their efforts this year. The front row of Luke McCue, Sam Spackman and Richie Branson have been powerful all season, Harry Hayes and newcomer to Rugby, James Clements did a great job in the second row and loose forwards Jack Page, Ethan Slattery and Sam Abbey played like true veterans every game. The back line of Connor Minehan, Will Harborne, Jake Rudd, Rylee Croke, Wyl Hearn, Alex Lowe and Lachie Evans have constantly showed great improvement all season and have been a pleasure to watch each week. Well done Pups, you've played your best all season and have never given up. Hope to see you again next season.

The Under 10 Pups finished the season on a high last Friday night against the Braidwood Redbacks. The Pups put on the best defensive display all season against a constant attack from the Redbacks, going to half-time two tries each. The second half was all Pups way with a further four tries hitting the board.
Full-time score was 30 - 12.
Paddy Lowe scored three tries with Jay Cunningham showing similar speed to nab one try. Joshua Evans and Emma Page scored one each and both had great games. Matt Seaman and Charlie Hayes’ tackling was excellent. Sam Minehan was showing his usual flair with Logan Croke getting into the action at the ruck really well. It was also great to see Tyson Allwright supporting the team while still nursing a broken wrist.
Well done Pups on a great effort this year and we look forward to doing it all again next year!
