The conditions were perfect and it was great to see senior cricket again in Crookwell.
Hibo won the toss and elected to bat and soon found themselves a wicket down in the first over of the game with a run out against the batter who hadn't even faced a ball.
Ben Croker took another two quick wickets and by the end of the third over Hibo was 3 for just 11.
Hibo's middle order started to find the boundary with some big hits but Crookwell's bowling attack never let them find any rhythm.
Jake Paterson cleaned up the tail enders in fine fashion taking 3 wickets for 4 runs.
Crookwell's fielding was outstanding and backed up our bowlers well and Hibo were all out for 92 runs off 19 overs.
After a quick break Crookwell's opening partnership of father and son, Stuart and Josh Wearne took no time opening our account.
Stuart finished the innings with a stylish 47 not out and was backed up by Josh Storrier who hit a quick 31, which included a huge 6.
By the 13th over it was game over with Crookwell finishing 3/93 off 13.2 overs.
Well done guys, what a great start.
