The two day class was conducted at 98 Chairs in Goulburn by Susan and David Meagher from the Cheese Making Workshop.

Their workshop is at Northbridge in NSW but the Meaghers take the opportunity to travel sometime, teaching classes on how to make cheese along-the-way.

Bert is pictured with Susan holding his CamemBERT and two blocks of feta which he also made.

They are looking at running a cheese making workshop later in the year in Crookwell.

I’m sure they won’t have any trouble filling places in the classes.
