She will now move on to the zone three final at Tumut on Saturday, January 30, 2016 before promoting the Crookwell Show on Saturday, February 6 and Sunday, February 7, 2016.
Claire is currently studying a Bachelor of Education (Health and Physical Education) at Charles Sturt University, Bathurst, and will be adding agriculture subjects to her third year, next year. Claire’s interest is in rugby union, hockey, and soccer and plays tennis touch footy and soccer during the summer months.
She is currently in Samoa teaching the game of rugby union and skills to the local children.
Claire is the secretary of the Southern NSW Hereford group and is a steward in the cattle section at the local show.
She will complete her studies and find employment around the Crookwell area.
Claire is excited to be able to be involved in the community and promote agriculture, especially to youth.
Claire is the daughter of David and Geraldine Johnson from “Wharekarori” Pejar.
Her grandfather was Mr Gerard Seaman who was president of the AP&H Society 1962, 1963 and 1964.
