Golf Club v Rebels
Rebels played Golf Club on Saturday and came away with a five goals to one win.
Rebels were on the attack early from the start and after seven minutes were awarded a penalty corner which Brad Smith converted. 1-0 Rebels.
After 10 minutes Rebels kept attacking momentum going but the Golf Clubs defence held, then they had two good chances to score.
Eighteen minutes into the game and Oliver Maher made a run and passed to Brad Smith who made no mistake. 2-0 Rebels.
Rebels were looking sharp in attack and after 20 minutes Kristy Knight and Laura Clements combined down the right with the final pass finding Louise Gibbs who scored. 3-0 Rebels.
The second half began with the Golf Club on the attack and were awarded a penalty corner, but the shot went wide.
Golf Club started gaining more momentum in attack and at 45 minutes missed two chances to score being denied by two fine saves by goalkeeper Nicole Cummins.
Two minutes later the Golf Club were awarded for their efforts when Megan Williams scored. Rebels 3 Golf Club 1.
Sophie Stephenson made a good break, offloaded to Louise who scored great individual goals. Rebels 4.
The final 10 minutes the Rebels finished strong with Sophie scoring. Rebels 5 Golf Club 1.

Scorer for Golf Club: Megan Williams.

We're back!!! After a long break away from the paddock, footy is back this weekend.
And it's a home game round on Sunday.
The Saturday comp will be played in Goulburn this week.
The players would appreciate a large crowd to start up the last half of the season.
There will be full canteen facilities with the mini's on canteen this round.
