MAKE
Preheat oven to 200c. Line a shallow roasting tray with baking paper. Arrange chicken thighs, potatoes, lemon and garlic evenly on tray. Drizzle over olive oil, sprinkle with salt; scatter over rosemary. Place pan in oven for one hour, or until chicken and potatoes well-cooked. Serve with salad.
