A little about Kizziah
Kizziah Plumb started playing indoor hockey in Crookwell when she was aged nine, then moved to Wollongong, playing for Unanderra, Lake View and Illawarra. She played state for NSW U13s, U15s and U21s. Moving back to Crookwell, she played for ANU representing ACT in U21s and Opens. She has represented Goulburn in Opens at the NSW state championships and plays in the SWAT team. She represented at Indoor Hockey World Cup Leipzig 2015. Plumb said, “Financially, it’s been very difficult as we must cover all expenses ourselves, but it’s an experience I am not willing to give up.”
A little about Shelley
Shelley Watson commenced her representative hockey career in 1999 playing for Crookwell U12s. In 2004 she was awarded the Crookwell High School sportsperson of the year award and in 2006 was awarded the NSW ‘Blues’ Sporting award for excellence in school sport. Her state and national level of play has spanned from 2002 in the NSW U14s team to co-captain of the Opens ACT Strikers team in 2016.
