Despite all three Crookwell teams going down to tough Harden sides, the day was an overall success. Donations were made, and raffles were drawn, and $4800 was raised. The Goulburn Soldiers Club also presented Brad and his family with a $1000 cheque.
The club would like to thank the Harden players and officials and the Crookwell community for their support towards Brad and the Devils. There are already 60 players registered for the season.
The club is welcoming new sponsors this season: Bannaby Angus, Tom Laing Transport, McGeechan Farm Supplies and the Criterion Hotel. They would also like to thank their major sponsors for the 2017 season, the Crookwell Services Club.
The 100s club comp will be held again this year. Purchase a ticket for $200, with 16 draws throughout the season. Tickets are available at McGeechan Farms Supplies, Crookwell.
