Crookwell Golf Club report, April 17

Crookwell Golf Club

A good field of 30 players enjoyed the autumn sunshine in the stableford event at the course on Saturday.

Playing for prizes sponsored by Mike Zilko, the scoring was good with visitors featuring on the podium.

A-grade was won by Tim Cleary with a very good 40 points and Nathan King was runner up on 39.

B-grade was a local affair with Mick O’Brien returning 37 points and Hal Rikard-Bell runner up on 36.

These scores will also count towards the four seasons cup, where your best scores in a designated stableford round in each season count towards your final score at the end of the year.

Scores for summer have been recorded so we are now looking for your best scores in autumn.

The best aggregate score in the end will win a substantial prize sponsored by Brett Turner.
