Early morning walkers are being urged to ‘go with the fluro’ and be seen and safe after a concerned business owner alerted the Gazette of the problem.

This business owner often commutes to her shop around 5am and often passes walkers who are very hard to see.
She said: “They are wearing dark clothes and are sometimes hard to see in the dark of the morning and if there is fog.”
Walkers and bike riders are asked to be aware and wear a fluro garment or vest to be spotted easily.
Be safe and be seen by wearing fluro clothing whilst early morning walking or bike riding.
