Jenelle's cherry tomatoes
NEED: 1 punnet cherry tomatoes, halved
Dried oregano - 1 TSP
Extra virgin olive oil, Salt
TO DO: Preheat oven to 180C. Line a baking tray with baking paper and scatter over the halved cherry tomatoes
Drizzle over a little extra virgin olive oil, scatter over the oregano and sprinkle a little salt.
Roast for 15 minutes until the tomatoes are juicy and start to collapse.
