The Crookwell Public School Choir has once again been successful in their audition for Schools Spectacular.

Crookwel Public School has been attending Schools Spectacular for many years.

The audition, featuring the song When You Wish Upon a Star, was submitted in March, with the choir learning of their success late last term.

This is the second year in a row that Crookwell Public School has been part of the highly anticipated event. Schools Spectacular offers students a unique opportunity to be part of a world class amateur entertainment event that will be televised on Channel 7.

As highlighted on the Schools Spectacular website, this year’s theme - ‘Own The Moment,’ will see a choir of 2700 voices, 2400 dancers, a 100-piece symphony orchestra, a world-class stage band, 44 solo singers and 145 featured dancers from public schools across NSW, “each owning their own spectacular moment in the great Qudos Bank Arena.”

Schools Spectacular performances will be held on Friday, November 24 and Saturday, November 25 with tickets now on sale through Ticketek.
