Steve Tricket has raised funds of approximately $8500 and is now looking at trying to get to $10,000. He will be shaving his beard this Thursday evening at the Top Pub and he is looking for more sponsors for him to shave off his beard, so all are welcome to attend.

Tickets for the raffle will start selling at 5pm with the raffle drawn at 7pm and the shave to commence at 8pm. There are 26 prizes to the value of $750. Prizes include meat trays, prawn trays and vouchers. The fundraising effort over the past few months is for Men's Cancer and Health issues and all money raised will go to the Movember foundation.
Christmas Carols on the Binda flat
The Binda community invites everyone for a family event on December 9, Christmas Carols on the flat. This program commences at 6pm. The community will join in to sing Christmas carols with performances by both Binda and Bigga School children, the Rocky Hill Musical Society vocal group and Nathanael Patterson, Pete’s Band, Rebecca Sampson and the Binda Carols Choir. The event will also include dance, stories, food and glowsticks. Santa will drop in. Bring a chair or picnic rug. If it rains, the carols will be in the Binda Hall.
