Members have been busy replacing sleepers along the track in areas that needed maintenance. Many thanks to the member, Brett who whipper snippered around the station and turntable.
The members enjoyed a cookout recently raising a further $460 towards maintenance of the station.
The last meeting was held on November 18 and a working bee was conducted afterwards.
With these working bees the rail line has now been repaired all the way to McAlister.
If you would like to become a member of the Crookwell Heritage Railway or would like to help out at a future working bee, the next meeting will be held during December.
The refurbished station and railway is a great attraction to Crookwell, currently being developed by a committed group of volunteers for future tourism.

To the Editor,
Crookwell Railway Station -
I am delighted to read that a group of locals are restoring the Railway Station so that it can be used again. My grandfather George McDonald from McDonald's Store (where Lynam’s now have their cafe) was the Chairman of the Committee who brought the railway to Crookwell so long ago and it was sad to see the buildings not being used.
