Crookwell Junior Soccer launched on Saturday April 1 with a skills and drills day and the glorious weather was enjoyed by parents, children and organisers.

Over 150 children aged between four and 12 years participated in a fun filled morning, beginning with age appropriate skills and drills followed by a fruit break.
The players then returned to fields for some game play.
A free sausage sizzle and drink was then enjoyed by all registered players.
The fruit break and sausage sizzle was generously sponsored by Crookwell IGA.
Children need to wear black shorts, black socks, shin pads and soccer boots to play in the competition. All shirts will be supplied at the beginning of the first game.
Competition starts on Saturday April 22 and concludes early September.
The draw and results will be in the Gazette each week along with the canteen and net roster.
All parents are only required to do canteen and net duties on one day for the season. Committee members will be available each week for anyone unsure of what these duties involve.
Please check the roster and if you are unavailable to do the roster on the designated day you are able to organise another parent to switch with but please let the committee know of any changes.

Any children still wanting to play this season can still register but must do so before competition starts on April 22 by contacting Simon Bill on 0450270171.
Children aged four and five years wanting to play – their registration is free.
All other registrations are $50 with discounts for families of three or more [players.
