Dogs to wear their jerseys with ‘pride’

My wife Joan and I would like to congratulate the wonderful Crookwell Dogs upon reaching the grand final. We wish the team, their coach, support crew and the whole Crookwell community “all the best” for a favourable result on Saturday. We would love to be there but regrettably, the “Tyranny of Distance” of us now living in Queensland restricts us somewhat from travelling South as much as we would like. To those who will be wearing the Jersey on Saturday, the word pride comes to mind as it is the very basis of our game and the foundation of the strength and passion required to be successful on such occasions. Nothing can compare with having an unabashed pride for your jersey, pride of representing your wonderful town and indeed, the self pride of knowing you have given “your all” to be part of a team competing in a Grand Final. Good luck and all the best.
