He decided to bring the draw forward from Christmas Eve to December 8 this year so the person who won the tree could enjoy it in their home prior to Christmas.
Harts Pharmacy has had this raffle for many years, with all proceeds given to the Crookwell Taralga Aged Care.
This year Anne Mulvihill (a Viewhaven employee) has won the decorated Christmas tree and train set.
The amount raised was $1318.
CEO of Crookwell Taralga Aged Care, Mrs Jo Boyce said, “the money will go towards a four armed walking frame and also a digitalised blood pressure machine and stand.
“As always, we are extremely grateful for the support shown by Hart’s Pharmacy and the community.” Mrs Boyce said.
Mr Wicks wishes to also take this space to thank the community for their extreme generosity in purchasing the tickets and their overwhelming support for the aged care facility and Christmas Tree raffle each year.
