Twilight Tennis
Twilight Tennis resumes this Thursday with round 11.
The following Thursday is the eve of Australia day and a long weekend, could captains check with their teams to find out whether or not to play competition that night.
The results from round 10 are:
Hawk Eyes defeated Volleys 186 to 93,
Cheers defeated Woolies 175 to 171,
Bushflies defeated MSMs 183 to 154,
Mulligrubs defeated Springers 154 to 148 and
Fluffy Tension defeated Kialla 171 to 151.
Well known Grabben Gullen culinary wiz Rebecca McCormack has suggested a greater emphasis should be made of the gastronomical side of Twilight Tennis and has suggested the club purchase a microwave.
As Twilight tennis goes from 6 to 9 she may have a point.
Would other teams use a microwave for heating leftovers?
