Get started by clearing out anything overly processed or past its ‘used-by-date’ and restock with healthy foods that you know you will actually eat.

Change the real estate of your plate with this simple trick. Go for a half a plate of colourful vegetables – even if you’re keen on having potato, do still go for a rainbow assortment of other vegetables.
