The journey inward is always full of beginnings and endings like a spiral inwards to self acceptance.

This one day workshop will be on January 27, 2018 and again on March 17, 2018 from 9.30am – 5.30pm.  

The retreat will cover and explore the gentle and powerful ways to love self, techniques to self nurture, to be self express and deepen in self acceptance.

The group size will be limited to six women to ensure an intimate and safe space of sharing.

It will provide an opportunity and techniques to uncover our intuition which is the doorway to deepen stillness and wisdom.

The divine feminine operating in our lives leads us to powerful expressions of self love and wisdom.
