It is used as a weekender by me and my family.

We have all been endlessly frustrated by the mobile communications. My kids need their phone there otherwise it becomes impossible for them to stay for any lenght of time. We always have to drive into Crookwell every day to get messages. BUT THESE HOLIDAYS THE WHOLE SITUATION HAS CHANGED!!

I was there for 2 weeks this January, expecting my 8th grandchild to be born in Paris and very anxious for news. I couldn't believe how fantastic the communication now is. 

During an enormous storm, I received 2 phone emails, one from Thailand and one from Paris. How they arrived in Binda on that afternoon I will never know. Amazing.

Bravo, bravo what a difference it has made to my love for the place.
