Crookwell senior soccer

The four Crookwell senior soccer teams had their first home game on Saturday in tough conditions. The club had mixed success in terms of results, but all teams put in an excellent effort.

The Under 13s had a narrow victory, winning against St Peter & Paul. They have now won their first two in what looks to be a promising season. The Under 15s played next in another close game but were defeated by Trinity.

The All Age Griffins achieved another victory for Crookwell over Workers. The All Age Reds went down to the highly-fancied Marulan White team. Both men's teams have won two of their opening three games and are aiming for a top-four finish this season.

ATTEMPT: The Reds make a break away from Marulan to relieve some pressure at their first home game of the soccer season for seniors.
