The Crookwell Junior Hockey season wrapped up recently with some fantastic finals matches, which brought to an end a scintillating year.

The winners of A Grade 2018 were Sky, who beat Red 8-7. The player of the match was Tyson Allwright.
Green defeated Sky in the B Grade tournament, 6-1, and Kiana McCarten received the player of the B Grade Grand Final. Third went to Red and fourth to Royal.
At the end of season presentation of awards, President Mark McGaw thanked the hockey community for their assistance throughout the year, and encourged junior players back to the competition next year.
"This year we had many new players getting involved in the sport of hockey for the first time,” McGaw said.
"Minkey player numbers were the best seen for a number of years and hopefully these players will continue to play hockey in the coming years.”
He also thanked Crookwell IGA for their ongoing sponsorship.

- Encouragement Award: jointly awarded to Phebe Selmes and Bridie Croker.
A Grade
- Best and Fairest: Darcy Slater
