The $3 million dollar development has been undertaken by Barker Group, an Albury-based company.
It is anticipated that the Mobil service station will be operational by the end of May.
“We’ve been two years in planning with councils and local landholders,” Travis Barker of Barker Group said.
Ezy Fuel will operate the service station which will have three pumps and 10 hoses.
It will run Unleaded E10, Unleaded 95, Unleaded 98, Hiflo Diesel and AdBlue.
There will be two entrances and exits one on Goulburn Street and the other on Park Street.
The Barker Group will upgrade the kerbing, gutter and footpath around the nature strip.
The petrol station and convenience store will be open from 5am to 10pm.
Expect the new facility to have all the “modern facilities”… including Slurpees.
