Some 18 properties of the 250 which the Goulburn Mulwaree Council manages came up for discussion at a council meeting to be authorised for sale, rezoned or to be further considered.
In the event of the building's sale, the ULSC would be reimbursed 24.22 per cent of the net profit under a 2004 amalgamation arrangement.
Currently, the Goulburn Mulwaree Council receives all of the rental income from the property.
Previously housed at the site was the council chambers, the NSW Department of Corrective Services and currently, Community Plus.
If the property is sold the money would be put into the ULSC Building Reserve Fund.
A property at 28 Montague Street also in the amalgamation arrangement sold in 2004 and a payment of $153,770 was forwarded to ULSC.
