Mayor John Stafford officiated, cutting a red ribbon on new weather-proof blinds.
Students took part in face-painting, dunny-roll toss, pie-face, fairy floss and an Easter egg hunt. "This school is at the heart of the community. We don't have a community unless we have a vibrant school," mayor John Stafford said.
