The money was donated to the Crookwell branch of the CWA for the drought appeal.
CWA President Lillian Marshall was grateful: "Thank you for your generosity," she said.
The funds were topped up by a raffle to win quilts donated by Stitching Hearts.
Stitching Hearts is a patchworking group that helps local organisations raise money.
The money raised will be distributed via gift vouchers for Crookwell IGA and Soul Pattinson chemist by Fiona Taylor, a counsellor for the Rural Financial Counselling Service, to local families in need.
