The registered nurse was delighted to be sashed at the opening of the Crookwell Show on Saturday, February 8.
Ms Offley joined because she was asked to and that turned out to be a fantastic decision given the experiences she will gain from the role.
"I think this is a good opportunity for me personally to represent my community and to be more involved," Ms Offley said.
"It's more for personal development.
"I get to work on public speaking, networking with a lot of other girls around NSW.
"I went to Dubbo recently and met 45 other rural women which was great."
She has been to the Crookwell Show many times in the past and she never fails to be amazed every year.
"My favourite part of the show is seeing all the different competitions they have which showcases our town," she said.
