Staff at those three locations have been notified and will continue to work from their existing workplaces until further notice, the council said in a media statement.
Crookwell Caravan Park has also been closed to new bookings as from tomorrow.
General Manager Colleen Worthy said the decision to close the venues was in-line with the NSW Government's decision to shut down non-essential businesses.
"Decisions such as these are not taken lightly and will no doubt cause disruption, but we support the government's commitment to isolating the virus and minimising risk of infection," she said.
Following best practice, the council's offices with public interfaces are in the process of being marked to indicate appropriate distances from the counter to the public.

A COVID-19 Pandemic Plan has been put in place for Upper Lachlan Shire Council to deal with the coronavirus pandemic including cancelling meetings to prevent infection and maintaining services if a local outbreak occurred.
During an outbreak, staff will carry on with their normal duties either at their usual workplace, at home or an alternate location.
Where the council is required to ensure a workplace remains open at all times, the council will deploy employees from other areas.
If a staff member becomes sick but has exhausted their sick leave, the general manager and relevant director can grant special sick leave on a case-by-case basis.
If an staff member is not sick but sent into isolation, the council will try to set them up to work from home. If that's not possible they will be paid as normal and placed on paid special leave for up to 20 days.
Staff will also be entitled to 20 days paid special leave before other leave entitlements are accessed if they are caring for sick family members with coronavirus, caring for family members because schools and care facilities are closed or because they can't get to work if transport is disrupted.
If the council has to close workplaces, the council will again try to set staff members up at home or an alternate office. If that's not possible, they will be paid as normal and placed on paid special leave.
The council has urged staff members and members of the community to seek medical advice and self-isolate if they feel they have symptoms consistent with the virus.
The plan will be reviewed on June 1.
