Upper Lachlan Shire Council calls for Australia Day award nominations

Do you know someone who has achieved something significant or contributed to the local community? Celebrate their accomplishments by nominating them for the Upper Lachlan Shire Council 2021 Australia Day awards.

There are five categories, which are all open for nominations, they are; Citizen, Young Citizen, Sportsperson, Young Sportsperson, and Event of the year awards.

The council invites nominations to promote and recognise those outstanding examples of citizenship and achievement within the area.

The winners will be announced on January 26, 2021 as part of the Australia Day celebrations.

Nomination forms are available at the Crookwell, Gunning, and Taralga council office, or from the council's website: upperlachlan.nsw.gov.au. Nominations close at 4pm on Wednesday, November 4.
