The Roos will play Carlton at Launceston's UTAS Stadium, with the first bounce locked in for 7.10pm.
The fixture was revealed on Sunday afternoon, with the AFL releasing match details for 2021 on a week-by-week basis due to the complexities of state borders thanks to COVID-19.
Saturday will be the Kangaroos' fifth game in Tasmania, where they have a 4-0 record, winning both their matches at UTAS and North Hobart Oval since making their competition debut in 2019.
Five of the six Tasmanians on North's list, first-gamer Brooke Brown, Daria Bannister, Mia King, Ellie Gavalas and Nicole Bresnehan, featured in Saturday night's loss to Collingwood, although Bresnehan didn't finish the game due to split webbing in her fingers.
Tickets for Saturday's match will go on sale on Wednesday at noon for home members and 1pm for the general public.
AFLW matches are ticketed contests in 2021, with tickets needing be bought before the match.
The Roos will enter the game off the back of two straight losses, while Carlton has won its past two matches.
