Police are appealing for assistance to find a man missing from the state's Southern Region.

Jack Causer, aged 23, was last seen by family at Young on Monday June 7, 2021.

Police were notified on Friday September 24 and officers attached to The Hume Police District commenced an investigation into his whereabouts.

Comprehensive police inquiries and attempts by police to locate Jack were unsuccessful and police are now issuing a public appeal to locate him.

Family hold concerns for Jack's welfare, as this is out of character.

Police believe he could be in the Young and Yass areas.

Jack is described as being of Caucasian appearance, about 175cm tall, medium build, with brown hair and a fair complexion.

Anyone who has seen Jack or has information regarding his whereabouts, is urged to contact Yass Police on 6226 9399 or Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
