The charity day raises funds for all different charity organisations and this year the ladies wanted to keep it local for bush fire victims around the immediate area.

On hand to accept the cheque was Ian Kennerly (Operations Officer, Southern Tablelands Zone) and Norm Fountain (Cadet and Fire Safety Instructor) both active members of the Crookwell Fire Brigade.

Last year they raised a similar amount and donated it to the Beyond Blue cause.
