With the final score hitting a huge 57-7 after a hard, fast game, the Dogs are ready to take on the number one team on the ladder again, the Taralga Tigers.
Crookwell head over to Taralga on Saturday to play the major semi final after Taralga beat Jindabyne last weekend to place the Dogs in second position in the Monaro Second Division competition.
If The Dogs can keep Taralga at bay this weekend, they will secure a home grand final here in Crookwell on Saturday September 6.
Locals are encouraged to make the short journey to Taralga to cheer on our lads in this local derby that is guaranteed to be a nail biter.
