The past and present members along with all the executive people over the years have done a terrific amount of work to raise funds for their club through Street Stalls, trading tables at the rooms and being careful with expenditure.
This is a fantastic effort by a group of seniors.
Nurse Manager, Julie Eldridge from the Hospital was at the club rooms last Wednesday to accept the cheque from current president Norreen Medway along with treasurer Dulcie Slater, secretary Alma Corkhill and committee members Ruby McDonald, Beatrice Williams, Dulcie Ritchie, Carolyn McIntosh, Jennifer Cummins and members Kevin Currie and Bessie Gay pictured above.
The long standing past president and now patron Glennis Shepherd, committee members Helen Howlett and Kay Kadwell, members Marie Cosgrove, Ray Clements, Norm Williams, Ray Cummins and Dawn O’Connor were absent from the photo.
A big thank you to our Crookwell community for their support over the years by attending our street stalls and or being generous in other forms, this has made it possible for this donation which in turn will benefit our community as a whole.
