The collection of works included photography, printmaking, sculpture, drawings wearable art and collections of works.
On the Saturday evening they had some special visitors with students and their families on their way to the formal popping in.
Most visitors talked to the students wanting to meet the students and listen to their explanations of the artworks.
Some of them thought the themes were a bit serious and liked the "happier" works.
This interest in the issues of the world is typical of works from this age group. This reflects what is happening in contemporary art around the world.
The art they study is not purely decorative.
There were also many family members who were delighted in seeing the students art works.
The themes are as varied as the media: everything from concern for the environment, body image, homelessness and ideas drawn from the students personal experiences.
