Council staff, the wider Library group, Gunning Public students, former colleagues and most of all grateful Library members tucked into a typical country morning tea, replete with scones, jam and cream together with luscious cakes and slices.

PYE COTTAGE VISITED
A lively mix of locals and visitors had a look around Pye Cottage last Saturday, including one who is considering purchase of a residence in the village. Members of Historical Society were on hand to further enhance the visitors’ experience. There was also an opportunity to have a browse through other material that the society holds, but not on display.
