Family and friends are invited to attend the service at 101 Lagoon Street in Goulburn.
The service will be followed by a private cremation.
“We can finally lay our beautiful mum to rest and give her the celebration that her life deserves,” wrote daughter Teagan Fahey on Facebook last week, alongside an image of her late mother.
The 50-year-old, who lived in Laggan, was last seen on April 16, Easter Sunday, in Crookwell about 10.30am.
Police, the State Emergency Service and multiple community volunteers from around the district helped the three Fahey siblings in their search.
Community support for the investigation was also prevalent online.
The coroner’s report into the circumstances of Ms Fahey’s passing is yet to be released publicly, police said on Monday.
