The cheque was for monies raised at the Spring Dance held at Laggan Hall, with an additional donation from Laggan Bush Poets’ monthly raffle draw.
The next dance date is set for October 12 and it is hoped the night will prove another successful fund raiser for the proposed toilets at Laggan hall.
Sylvia Bowring and Beatrice Williams presented the cheque to Allan Townsend while Kirrilea Stafford, Edith Medway and Jo Dickson happily lent their support.
