They had a beautiful two course meal served from the girls in the kitchen, and there was a raffle along with a lucky door prize, donated by Michael Picker of The General Store.
The results of the night is as follows:
Heaviest trout - Gene George brown 1.18kg
Heaviest golden perch - Mark George 1.1kg
Heaviest catfish - Mark George 1.4kg
Heaviest silver perch - Kim George 0.9kg
Heaviest cod - Gene George 8.5kg.
Men’s weekend
Heaviest - Mark George golden perch 1.18kg
Heaviest bag - Mark George 9.02kg.

A total of 178 native fish were weighed in for the 2013/2014 season.
The total weight was 168.975kg.
Our club champions for the season were Kim George - 25.12kg weighed in.
Junior club champion was Adam George - 18.4kg.

The opening of the trout season is October long weekend. The men’s weekend is October 17, 18 and 19.
Keep on fishing, it is still a great sport.
