LOOKING A TREAT
The nearly 50 participants at the 15th annual Gunning Patchwork Weekend were full of praise for the newly painted Shire Hall, saying it looked terrific. Well done to the principal organisers Margaret Jenkinson, Peta Luck and Maree Roche who reckon the event brings about $10,000 into the village.

ANOTHER GREAT CONCERT
The Gunning Focus Group presents “Pleasures and Palaces: a Parlour Afternoon” this Sunday 2 July, 2pm in the Gunning Courtroom. Crookwell’s Katrina Rivera will be joined by Susan West and Georgia Pike who are with the ANU’s School of Music. The program is best described as a miscellany – some classical, some more recent and is bound to delight.
CYCLE TRAILS?
A local spotted a sign at Goulburn Visitor Centre, noticing the Shire Council’s logo. He wondered where a similar map might be for our local trails especially as Cullerin Road is so popular with cyclists?
