In the president’s report, it is mentioned that whilst the restoration and construction of numerous items within the community has been in high demand, the members do no lose sight of their primary objective – men’s health.
They invite men to come along, relax, experience a sense of belonging and simply, have a talk.
The Shed currently has about thirty members with a daily average in attendance at the shed of nine.
They have clients from as far as Sydney and Wollongong but concentrate mainly on helping the community.
They are also happy to report to the Gazette that they have had many visits from fledgling clubs who are basing their models on the Crookwell shed.
Works around the men’s shed are continuing and with the purchase of a ride on mower the maintenance is a little easier for the members.
