This was Daniel's first wedding ceremony since he become registered to conduct marriage ceremonies. The church was a full house with 100 family and friends.
The photos were taken at the Nixon family farm, "Merryvale" at Roslyn, by local photographer Holly Bradford of Holly Bradford Photography.
The wedding reception was held at the Crookwell Showground Pavilion; which was very fitting given Hayden and Jasmine first met through their involvement with showing cattle at country shows, and Jasmine previously a Crookwell and Sydney Royal Showgirl. The cake was made by another Crookwell Show legend, Rita Beattie who has received numerous awards over the years for her cakes.
Catering was done by former Crookwell local, Brendan Laws of Roundobout Roasts. Being cattle breeders, Jasmine and Hayden were keen to have beef a feature on the menu with Teys Australia Riverine Premium Beef (100 day grain-fed, marble score 2) slow-cooked ribs and rumps a highlight for guests. The local Crookwell Rugby Club also lent a hand to run the bar for the evening.
Hair and make-up for the bride and bridesmaids was done locally in Crookwell by Jo Newton at Hello Beautiful and the ladies at Snip Snip, Bec and Colleen.
Flowers for the bridal party came locally by Crookwell Country Bunches, with gum leaves supplied from the Nixon family farm. Flowers at the church were kindly arranged by local ladies Margaret Mitchell, Shirley Willis and Sue Mowle.
Jasmine and Hayden have settled in Uranquinty near Wagga Wagga. Jasmine continues to work with Teys Australia based at their Wagga Wagga plant and Hayden is running their cattle breeding business, Summit Livestock, selling registered Limousin cattle.
