Firstly, I’d like to thank the endless support offered from the committee and sub-committees of the AP&H Society. Thanks also to Laura Clements the secretary and Pauline McLauren.
Thank you also to Norm and Judith Fountain and their fellow Lion’s Club committee members. The manning of the gates over the weekend was truly appreciated.
This year the grounds and AP&H committee have catered for several events like recently the Barrels for Bianca fundraiser and hosted the BreastScreen Van which enabled 270 women to attend.
Throughout the year, we have catered for various motor home and caravan clubs, with one club having 63 motor homes stay for one week on the grounds.
The broader community and business sector also benefited from expenditure in and around the town.
The in door hockey competition was held successfully in the industrial pavilion with 96 players registered.
From looking around the grounds, we are progressing with our tree planting program, and stage four of 15 maples will soon be planted.
The upkeep of the grounds is very important and we thank the mowing team for their time keeping the grounds in such pristine state.
There are so many more people to congratulate and thank as a larger part of the success of the annual Crookwell Show.
